It is possible to observe microscopic images of fine powders during temperature and humidity changes and to measure the changes in spectral spectra by connecting techniques such as Raman and FTIR.

Observation and measurement using microscopes are essential in a wide range of fields such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemistry, and industry. Although micro-samples placed on a microscope stage are significantly affected by environmental factors such as temperature and humidity, it was not possible to control the relative humidity under constant conditions for observation. The humidity control microscope stage is a new microscope stage that solves this problem. It reproduces the humidity environment within the microscopic sample stage under set conditions, enabling continuous observation and measurement of changes in sample properties. Additionally, by connecting with FT-IR and Raman spectroscopic measurement devices, it opens up new fields of spectroscopic measurement. The temperature and humidity control RH generator achieves precise temperature and humidity control through the mixing of nitrogen gas and saturated water vapor.
