Rock bonding Keiwon Bond method

Rockfall prevention work that integrates and stabilizes the ground using high-strength mortar and adhesive mortar.

The "Rock Bonding Keiwon Bond Method" is a rockfall prevention technique that stabilizes unstable rock masses and boulders by integrating and fixing them to the ground using high-strength mortar and adhesive mortar, thereby covering the entire slope for stabilization. This method fills the voids in unstable rock masses caused by cracks in the bedrock and cavities in boulders with the high adhesive strength of Keiwon Bond, eliminating unstable factors by bonding and integrating with the stable bedrock.

Teratec Construction Report: School

Solving problems at school! Introducing "TerraTech" construction examples for settlement correction and void filling.

We would like to introduce a case where we solved problems caused by subsidence and voids at a school using the Teratec method. 【Problem】 We received a consultation from a junior high school in Yamagata Prefecture stating, "The classroom floor is sagging, and the desks are wobbling." Upon investigation, it was confirmed that voids were present under the floors in six classrooms due to long-term ground subsidence. 【Reason for Choosing Teratec】 It was believed that the methods to address ground subsidence of concrete floors were either to redo the flooring or to apply a topping and adjust the level. However, considering the time required for moving, demolition work, and the curing period after concrete pouring, it was determined that the construction would take more than a month, making it difficult to complete during the summer vacation. Therefore, the Teratec method was adopted. 【Feedback After Construction】 By utilizing the summer vacation period to implement this method, we were able to completely eliminate the wobbling of desks and chairs. *For more details, please visit the external link page or feel free to contact us. https://teretek.jp/plus/case/school Toll-free number: 0120-873-835

Acidic soil amendment pH Balance S

A neutralizing agent for acidic soil that does not cause alkaline damage.

The soil on slopes and other areas targeted for greening projects is often severely lacking in nutrients and soil microorganisms, making it unsuitable for plant growth and not "fertile soil." In particular, in the case of supportive soils, necessary bases in the soil can be leached away by acids, leading to deficiencies, and the number of effective soil microorganisms drastically decreases. pH Balance S contains organic materials such as polysaccharides and proteins, which promote the explosive growth of soil microorganisms. The relationship between soil and soil microorganisms is essential for plant growth and "soil creation," as the aggregation of soil, nutrient supply, and organic matter supply are all functions of the soil.

[Construction Example] Bag Manufacturing Factory in Miyagi Prefecture

We will introduce a case of a bag manufacturing factory that sank due to ground subsidence and the impact of an earthquake!

We would like to introduce a case study of floor sinking correction work and subfloor void filling work carried out at a bag manufacturing factory located in Miyagi Prefecture. The neatly arranged bag-making machines were tilted due to floor sinking, which hindered production. As a temporary measure, legs (for height adjustment) were installed under the machines to level them, allowing work to continue. Consequently, we received a request for correction from the company, as we can quickly make adjustments without removing the machines, and we proceeded with the work. In addition to the floor sinking, voids were also observed under the floor, so we carried out the filling work as well. [Case Study] ■ Construction Area: Approximately 730m² ■ Maximum Sinking Amount: Approximately 110mm ■ Construction Period: 3 days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Example] T Printing Company Factory in Miyagi Prefecture

We would like to introduce several examples of factories in the industrial zone of Miyagi Prefecture that have been modified using our construction method!

We would like to introduce a case of floor vibration suppression work carried out at the T Printing Company factory located in Miyagi Prefecture. In a factory where a machine weighing approximately 26 tons is placed, the floor began to vibrate after the earthquake. To confirm the situation before the installation of the machine, core drilling was performed at several locations. As a result, it was confirmed that there was a gap of up to approximately 180mm beneath the concrete. By carrying out gap filling work, we were able to restore the original performance of the concrete floor and suppress the floor vibrations. Additionally, we also conducted floor subsidence correction work at a factory of T Industry located in Miyagi Prefecture. 【Case Study】 <Floor Vibration Suppression Work at T Printing Company Factory in Miyagi Prefecture> ■ Construction: (Phase 1) July 2011, (Phase 2) October 2011 ■ Maximum Gap Size: Approximately 180mm ■ Total Construction Area: Approximately 160m2 ■ Actual Working Days: 1.5 days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Maximum subsidence of 144mm, construction area of approximately 2,300m2! Introduction of a case where corrections were made over 11 consecutive nights of construction.

Due to the impact of the Great East Japan Earthquake, the floor inside the store has significantly sunk. As a result of the floor sinking, gaps were observed between the floor and walls, as well as between the walls and ceiling. Therefore, our company carried out repair work. The "Upcon Method," which can be implemented at night during the business suspension, was adopted for the repairs. Additionally, voids were observed under the floor, so filling work was also conducted. 【Construction Overview】 ■ Construction Area: Approximately 2,300m2 ■ Maximum Settlement: 144mm ■ Construction completed in 2012, with repairs made over 11 consecutive nights. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case of "floor sinking correction and void filling work" carried out at a warehouse and factory located in Hokkaido. Due to the effects of ground subsidence, there were signs of sinking and sagging in the floor, and we received a request for correction from the company. Before the work, the racks used for storing goods, which had become tilted due to floor sinking, were adjusted in height using spacers, but after the work, they became flat.
