Our testing facility is equipped with multiple vibration testing machines, and we select the appropriate machine based on the size, mass, and testing conditions (such as excitation direction, effective acceleration, frequency range, etc.) of the test samples. (The excitation table has a maximum size of 1500×1500 mm for both vertical and horizontal testing, allowing for large cargo handling. Loading onto the excitation table can be accommodated with forklift operations.) In particular, in the automotive and electrical/electronic industries, it is not uncommon to conduct long-duration continuous vibration tests for packaging and product durability evaluations from the perspective of packaging and product quality assessment during the distribution process. Due to the change from the Medical Device Directive (MDD) to the Medical Device Regulation (MDR), packaging validation has become a clear requirement in ISO 11607:2019. As a result of this change, integrity testing of sterile barrier systems must be conducted after performance testing of the packaging system and after stability testing.
