V-Cut Processing Machine Multi V-Cut Mark II MVC-630C

The mark or hole is recognized by the CCD camera and serves as the processing reference for the V-cut.

The MVC-630C recognizes reference points using a CCD camera and can perform multiple V-cut processes on multiple circuit boards without human intervention (equipped with automatic workpiece loading and receiving mechanisms). It enables high-speed processing of aluminum substrates. Since the V-cut is based on marks or holes provided on the circuit board, there is no misalignment between the V-cut and the pattern. After detecting the marks or holes with the CCD camera, the circuit board is corrected, and the V-cut processing is performed. The stacked circuit boards on the loading lifter are transferred to the processing position using a suction pad and are clamped with a work chuck. After positioning with the work chuck, the circuit board is clamped, and the processing head moves to perform the V-cut. An automatic loading and receiving device is included as standard.
