Our double-end tenoner, which uses our proprietary caterpillar chain not found in other companies, not only achieves high-precision standard cuts but also allows for groove processing while transporting. Additionally, recently we have made it possible to include an automatic selection option with multiple installed tools to shorten the setup time for tool changes on the grooving processing axis, and we can also accommodate control via QR codes or barcodes. We also manufacture lines centered around tenoners, such as "instant adhesive machine → receiving and feeding conveyor → side tenoner → intermediate conveyor → end tenoner" (other configurations available upon consultation). In the case of hot and cold instant adhesive machines, we can send to the tenoner at a cycle time of approximately 45 seconds per piece for a continuous operation.
