Case Study: Reduction of Mowing Frequency Using Chigaya Sheet®
◆Customer Concerns◆
- The grass cutting area was on a slope, making the work dangerous.
- Due to it being a school route, there were many requests from the local community, and we ended up doing more grass cutting ourselves than we contracted out to the service provider.
◆Customer Feedback After Construction◆
- Since the site is easily visible from a distance, we considered the aesthetics and used "Chigaya Tape," made of the same material as the sheet, resulting in a neat appearance.
- We have been able to effectively suppress the grass, so we would like to extend it to the areas that are not yet covered in the future.
- The asphalt at the edges of the sheet was rough, making it difficult to secure the sheet properly, raising concerns about it curling up. However, we were suggested the "Macrain Sheet." After trying it out experimentally, it has been secured without curling. Additionally, the gray color blends well with the pavement, which is good.
