The "NC Facing Type Pipe End Processing Machine" is a machine that processes the welding bevel shape of pipe ends. It consists of an NC facing head mounted on a column that operates in two dimensions, along with a pipe positioning and clamping section. The bevel shapes of the welding groove and the inner and outer diameters can be flexibly processed using a single-point tool. Dedicated processing machine "Vertical and Horizontal Guide Rail Automatic Processing Line"

The "Upper and Lower Guide Rail Automatic Processing Line" is a dedicated processing machine for drilling and cutting holes in guide rails for elevators. The workpieces supplied on the entrance magazine are automatically transported into the machine. After performing bolt holes, counterbore holes, and back machining, the workpieces are cut to the specified length and discharged into the exit magazine.
