[Case Study] Custom Pitch Test Tube Rack for Heat Resistance Height Testing

0.4mm coated with a nylon that is heat-resistant up to 110°C! A case that used crimped wire mesh welding.

The customer requested a coating with thickness and elasticity that would not damage the workpieces, as there are various heights and pitches for the test tubes. To respond to each pitch, we used crimped wire mesh and welded wire mesh. We cut the stainless steel plate for the wire mesh frame using laser processing and aligned the wire mesh for welding. For height adjustment, we used stainless steel round bars. Our company has produced roll molds with excellent precision and quality, thanks to the advanced technology accumulated over many years. We supply molds processed into sizes and shapes that meet current demands, and we currently have over 900 types of molds available for production. Additionally, our precision is high, with deviations such as twisting, warping, and bending kept within 1mm per meter, allowing for the formation of shapes that cannot be bent with presses or benders, as well as long items, enabling sharp cornering.
