Achieve aluminum-free with non-metallic light-blocking packaging! It has light-blocking properties equivalent to aluminum foil or aluminum vapor deposition!

"Light-blocking packaging materials" are products that do not use metal and have light-blocking properties equivalent to aluminum foil or aluminum vapor deposition. Being non-metallic, they can be used in microwave ovens and are compatible with metal detectors. The sealant film is a three-layer film made of a polyethylene (PE) based colored film with a light-blocking layer in the middle. The thickness can be adjusted from 30 to 80 μm. Additionally, this is cutting processing, not injection molding. Even quantities that are not cost-effective for injection molding can be handled with cutting processing. However, this can lead to tight delivery times, but we responded with the shortest possible delivery time to meet customer requests.
