- Plarado's digital automatic hydraulic pump has added new features that allow it to save data on bolt tightening torque values and import it to a PC via USB memory. - This automatic pump enables ultra-high precision torque management, allowing the bolt tightening torque to be set in "1Nm increments" using an LCD touch panel. - Instead of displaying pressure, it shows torque (Nm) for each individual serial number of the connected hydraulic torque wrench. - The pump automatically tightens bolts and stops when the set torque is reached, allowing for continuous operation at high speed without interruptions. - All manufacturers' 70MPa pumps have analog hydraulic gauges with a pressure increment of 2MPa. Therefore, the torque conversion tables for hydraulic torque wrenches, which serve as benchmarks, are only issued in torque values of 2MPa increments. Currently, users either set the hydraulic value based on an approximate torque they want for large bolts or ambiguously set it at half of the 1MPa increment by eye.
