No program is needed for teaching tasks! A new painting robot that builds teaching programs by copying both motion and trajectory while painting.
The "Lesta LEBOT MV A6," a painting robot specialized in coatings developed in Italy, the country of craftsmanship, is capable of handling all types of spray painting, including powder coating, solvent-based, and water-based paints. As a result, anyone with knowledge of these painting techniques can easily perform teaching tasks with this first-ever painting robot in Japan. The main attraction of this painting robot is its ability to instantly reproduce painting trajectories copied in real-time. This feature is made possible by the unique "self-learning" technology, which allows it to learn and reproduce not only the painting trajectory but also the ON and OFF actions of paint discharge. With this functionality, the programming skills that were previously necessary are no longer required. Additionally, unlike painting robots that adopt the "direct teaching" method available domestically, during the teaching process, the power and joints are completely disconnected. Therefore, in a lightweight state that does not convey the weight of the arm, it allows operators to conduct teaching tasks without interference, making it the first painting robot of its kind in Japan.
We provide transportation equipment using multi-joint robots and carry out the planning, design, development, and implementation of systems using robots.
Seiken Graphics is engaged in system integration business, including the planning, design, development, and implementation of transportation equipment using multi-joint robots, in response to the demand for automation and labor-saving due to the decrease in the workforce caused by declining birth rates and an aging population. *For more details, please refer to the company brochure available for download as a PDF.
[Water Supply GLP Certified Water Quality Testing Organization] We strive for precision management as a water quality testing service provider for drinking water in buildings.
【Water Supply and Simple Water Supply】 The water supplied by water service providers is subject to inspections mandated by the Water Supply Act. 【Drinking Water Quality Inspection】 Specific buildings such as entertainment venues, stores, offices, and schools with a certain floor area must conduct drinking water quality inspections. 【Reused Water Quality Inspection】 Water used for irrigation, landscaping, cleaning, and flushing toilets, which includes recycled wastewater, rainwater, treated sewage, and industrial water, is referred to as reused water. This reused water must be supplied after necessary sanitary measures are taken. 【Water Tank Cleaning】 For water storage tanks with an effective capacity exceeding 10㎥, it is mandatory to clean the tanks once a year and conduct water quality inspections three times a year (once every six months × 2, and once for 12 disinfection by-products between June 1 and September 30).
【For ~300mm wafers】Significantly reduced internal and external cables of the robot body! Wafer transport robot equipped with power line communication technology.
■ By utilizing high-speed power line communication technology in the wiring design, the internal and external cables of the robot body have been significantly reduced compared to conventional models, thereby lowering the risk of cable disconnection. ■ A variety of options are available, including load sensors, mapping sensors, and slide axes. ■ The integration of the servo amplifier into the robot has allowed for a more compact controller. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
【For ~300mm wafers】 High mobility transport and wide-range operation possible! The high-speed power line communication technology reduces the number of internal wiring in the robot body and the number of external cables.
■ By utilizing high-speed power line communication technology, the number of internal wiring and external cables in the robot body has been significantly reduced. ■ By integrating the servo amplifier into the robot, the controller has been miniaturized. ■ Due to the capability of high portable transport (total mass of hand holder, hand, and transport work is 4kg), the implementation of a reversing axis has been achieved. It is capable of tape frame wafer transport, bonded wafer transport, and reticle transport. ■ Work gripping can accommodate three methods: vacuum suction, edge clamp using pneumatic pressure, and Bernoulli method. ■ The Bernoulli hand is expected to support contact gripping of the back surface of the outer circumference of TAIKO wafers. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
[For ~300mm wafers] Operates over a wide range without a travel axis! A wafer transport robot that accommodates various equipment layouts.
■ Wafer transport robot that operates over a wide range without a travel axis ■ Capable of accessing a wide area of 2.7m in the horizontal direction and 1.6m in the vertical direction, accommodating various equipment layouts ■ One robot can access 4 FOUPs, with the capability to access up to 8 FOUPs ■ The double-arm mechanism allows for simultaneous wafer exchange operations, enabling space-saving and improved throughput * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
High-speed transport for 300mm wafers! A wafer transport robot that contributes to improving the throughput of the equipment.
■High-speed model wafer transport robot Contributes to improving the throughput of equipment with high-speed transport of 450 WPH. The semiconductor clean robot "ACTRANS series" provides various solutions for customers' semiconductor manufacturing with high performance backed by technology and excellent support through a global network.
【For wafers up to 300mm】 Usable in processes that handle moisture! A drip-proof model wafer transport robot that achieves protection class IP64.
■Achieves protection level IP64. A drip-proof model suitable for use in processes involving moisture. ■Compatible with surface coatings that respond to special chemical solutions. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
Equipped with a direct drive motor for wafers up to 300mm! A high-precision single-arm vacuum robot that significantly reduces vibration.

Low cost and easy implementation! A call wireless Andon system that facilitates communication within the factory.
Currently active as a wireless signal lamp in factories and logistics centers. It is the wireless calling bell "Sonnet-kun." It facilitates smooth communication between the work staff in the factory and the responsible personnel or office, as well as communication with forklifts, significantly reducing both costs and delivery times compared to wired systems. There is no need to interrupt work or worry about delays in the workers' lines, allowing workers to focus on their tasks, ensuring quality stability and improving productivity. 【Features】 ■ Contributes to visualization ■ Significant reduction in capital investment ■ Easy relocation ■ Cost reduction For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
Active at Toyota Group factories too! 【Wireless Andon System】 Sonnet-kun. Exhibiting at the Design and Manufacturing Solutions Expo!
Easy-to-install wireless Andon system, Sonnet-kun. 【Features】 ★ Call for management from the site. ★ Can be integrated into machinery. ★ Can be linked with a computer. ★ Also useful for predictive maintenance. With just a push of a button, you can call for management. Since it can be linked with machinery, error signals can be automatically sent to the receiver. When linked with a computer, it is also possible to collect and analyze log data. By analyzing data such as where and when calls are made within the factory, and when and where machine errors occur, you can consider efficient personnel allocation and equipment layout, enabling predictive maintenance as well. *For more details about the wireless Andon system, please download the catalog or contact us directly.
[Possible to embed in devices] Emits radio waves with signals from rotating lights and sensors! The radio waves are in the specific low-power radio 426MHz band, so it's safe.
It will be used with the wireless Andon call system, Sonnet-kun. Installation is complete simply by connecting the external contact specifications of the transmitter to a non-voltage contact (a contact). The receiver will display numbers based on error signals from existing machines or signals from sensors. It is also possible to link with mat switches or equipment switches. ★ A "receiver" that receives numbers, such as a single-sided/double-sided receiving display or a portable receiver, is required. A magnet specification that can be attached to metal is recommended. ● Usage examples Connect to a rotating light → Transmit when there is an error in the equipment. Connect to a magnet switch → Transmit when parts are missing. Connect to a PLC → Transmit at the start of a process.
