We would like to introduce an improvement case for the outer diameter runout measurement jig used in the quality control department of a precision machinery company. The issue was that centering the workpiece was taking too much time. To address this, we adopted a stage that allows for movement along the X and Y axes and 360° rotation. [Improvement Case] Shaft Assembly Fixture Using Long Stage

A case where it became easy to change the sensor position without the need to loosen or tighten bolts!

Here is an example of improvements made to the shaft assembly jigs used in the manufacturing process of an electric manufacturer. One of the challenges was that it was cumbersome to slide the position adjustment plate when changing the position of the sensor.
