Lightweight steel frame materials were inserted into the gaps of the tight frame with spacing, and secured in place using clips and adhesive to prevent movement. We would like to introduce a case of heat insulation work carried out at the warehouse of Tamura Corporation. The company was facing issues with significant heat due to temperature increases from heat intrusion through the roof in their expanded warehouse. To address this, we implemented a wire method using PRX heat insulation sheets to suppress the temperature rise. Kyushu Kōwa Industrial Co., Ltd. was facing the issue of wanting to suppress the rise in indoor temperature despite having installed insulation boards. To address this, they implemented construction using Prox heat-shielding sheets to reduce temperature rise. Double-sided base materials were installed on the insulation board fittings and throughout the entire area, followed by the installation of the heat-shielding sheets. The seams of the sheets were then sealed with tape.
