An 8-bit non-inverting bus transceiver using two independent configurable power rails. It is optimized for operation at VCCA/VCCB set between 1.4V and 3.6V. It operates at a low VCCA/VCCB of 1.2V. Port A tracks VCCA, which can accommodate any supply voltage from 1.2V to 3.6V. Port B tracks VCCB, which can also accommodate any supply voltage from 1.2V to 3.6V. This enables general-purpose low-voltage bidirectional level shifting between any voltage nodes of 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V. The 'SN74AVC8T245' is designed for asynchronous communication between data buses. Depending on the logic level at the direction control (DIR) input, data transmission occurs from bus A to bus B or from bus B to bus A. The output enable (OE) input can be used to disable the output, allowing for efficient isolation of the bus. The control pins (DIR and OE) are powered by VCCA.

Free membership registrationSuitable for fan and pump applications with low cost, low noise, and fewer external components. It incorporates a power MOSFET and continuously drives up to 2A of current. It supplies current to the motor with a minimum supply voltage of 6.2V. When the supply voltage exceeds 28V, it stops driving the motor to protect the circuit. Using a unique sensorless control scheme, it performs continuous sinusoidal drive, significantly reducing pure tones typically generated by rectification. The interface to the 'DRV10987' is simple and flexible. The motor can be directly controlled via PWM, analog, or I2C inputs. Motor speed feedback is provided simultaneously from both the FG pin and the I2C interface. The 'DRV10987' features a buck regulator that efficiently steps down the supply voltage to 5V for powering internal and external circuits. A 3.3V LDO is also available for powering external circuits. The I2C interface allows for reprogramming specific motor parameters in the registers, as well as programming the EEPROM to optimize performance for any application.

Free membership registrationProvides a new level of performance for applications requiring minimal distortion at ultra-high output levels through operating frequencies exceeding 100MHz with a 100Ω load. The gain is specified at 5V/V but maintains nearly constant bandwidth and distortion over a wide gain range. An excellent slew rate of 8000V/µs delivers a 10VPP output with ultra-low distortion through a 320MHz bandwidth, even under demanding loads. Additionally, a small signal bandwidth of 900MHz provides low overshoot with rise times of less than 0.5ns for steps under 4V. The package is VQFN-16 (RGT). An 8-pin SO PowerPA (DDA) package can be used to upgrade existing designs using 'THS3091' or 'THS3095'. Free membership registrationAdopting a new approach to audio function integration that facilitates compliance with the European Commission's Ecodesign Directive, achieving high performance in the final product. It enables the development of lower-cost, smaller, and smarter products without the need for a 5V power supply or external programmable gain amplifiers (PGA). The highly flexible audio front end eliminates the need for external voltage divider resistors and accommodates a wide range of input levels from a few mV small microphone inputs to 2.1VRMS line inputs. It also integrates numerous system-level functions that support or serve as alternatives to DSP capabilities. All these functions can be powered by a single 3.3V supply. Since the built-in bandgap voltage reference provides excellent PSRR, a dedicated analog 3.3V rail is unnecessary. Evaluation modules and reference designs are also available.

Free membership registrationThe OPA2333P achieves an ultra-low offset voltage of up to 10µV and nearly zero drift across all time and temperature ranges, thanks to its unique auto-calibration feature. It offers high-impedance inputs with a common mode range exceeding the rails by 100mV and rail-to-rail outputs that swing within 50mV of the rails. It can operate with a single or dual power supply ranging from +1.8V (±0.9V) to +5.5V (±2.75V) and is optimized for low-voltage single-supply operation. Free membership registrationThe LPV821 is designed for "always-on" sensing applications in wireless/wired devices that require low input offset. With low initial offset, low offset drift, an 8kHz bandwidth, and a quiescent current of 650nA, it is suitable for end devices that monitor current consumption, temperature, gas, and strain gauges. Utilizing a unique auto-calibration feature, it provides low offset voltage (up to 20µV) and minimal drift across all time and temperature ranges. In addition to low offset and ultra-low quiescent current, the ultra-low bias current in the picoampere range reduces errors typically encountered in sensor monitoring applications with high output impedance and amplifier configurations that include megaohm feedback resistors. It also features an input stage with a rail-to-rail common mode range and an output stage that swings within 15mV of the rails, maintaining a wide dynamic range. Enhanced EMI characteristics reduce the system's sensitivity to unwanted RF signals from mobile phones, WiFi, wireless transmitters, and tag readers. *For more details, please contact us.*
