We would like to introduce a case of developing a pressure measurement sensor board used in medical training equipment, including mechanical design for the equipment. We provided comprehensive support not only for the board but also for the mechanical design, including the cover, and were selected as the ODM company that could handle assembly as well. This device is battery-operated, and while there was a request for power saving, we addressed this during the firmware development phase by utilizing the microcontroller's sleep function. [Design Development Outsourcing/ODM Case] Motor Control Board for Key Systems

A case where development was carried out by fully utilizing our company's know-how in motor control.

We would like to introduce a case where we received a request for the development of a circuit board for a key system sold under the client's own brand from a residential equipment manufacturer. It was necessary to develop a circuit board that not only controls motors but also enables communication with other circuit boards via wired connections, and allows for the recording of locking and unlocking operation history, covering all of these specifications. This circuit board controls two motors. There was a concern about operational failures due to the long physical distance between the motors and the power supply, which could lead to voltage drops and reduced current. To mitigate voltage drop, we implemented low power consumption control. We utilized our expertise in motor control to ensure the reliable operation of both motors during development. A case where we participated from the prototype development stage and supported all the way to mass production!

We would like to introduce a case where a communication board used in an interior chair was developed. Our customer had no expertise in embedded hardware design and development and wanted to request development from a company that could handle everything from circuit design and board design to implementation in a consistent manner, so they consulted with us. In response, we conducted design work for digital circuits and boards, focusing on noise reduction and miniaturization. Additionally, there was a request to minimize the production costs of the board, so we designed it to allow for single-sided mounting. A case where stable communication was achieved by optimizing the operating mode of the BLE module.

We would like to introduce a case where we developed a lithium-ion battery control board to be mounted in fan-equipped wearables. The fan operation of this wearable is controlled via a smartphone, which required us to design the interface and control to enable integration with the smartphone. Additionally, due to a short development period, it was necessary to bring the prototype to completion within a short lead time, and we were entrusted with this task because our company provides consistent support in both hardware and software design. For this product specification, there is a metal (cell) near the circuit board, which could cause issues with BLE communication, necessitating countermeasures. However, we achieved stable communication by optimizing the operating mode of the BLE module.
