Onex Co., Ltd.'s acid nitriding is based on the ON process and includes three types of processes: ONO and ONOR, each possessing excellent characteristics. Compared to gas soft nitriding, acid nitriding shows almost the same properties in wear resistance and fatigue strength, but it has the added features of excellent corrosion resistance, seizure resistance, compatibility, and a beautiful black appearance.
