Motor core block

Electromagnetic steel plate adhesive laminated block material packed with unique adhesive lamination technology know-how for wire cutting processing.

We have received many inquiries regarding the manufacturing of laminated motor cores, where customers express a desire to handle everything in-house from adhesive lamination to wire cutting, but find that adhesive lamination requires technical expertise that makes it difficult for them to manage internally, leading them to seek suppliers for laminated materials. The block material made from laminated electrical steel sheets has been used internally for some time, but in response to the aforementioned needs, we developed the "Motor Core Block." We believe that our adhesive technology for laminated cores possesses unique know-how that cannot be replicated by other companies, and we have gained strong trust from major manufacturers, especially regarding the prototyping of laminated cores. The sizes of the Motor Core Blocks can accommodate a wide range, from 50mm x 50mm, 75mm x 75mm, 100mm x 100mm to 300mm x 300mm. The adhesive height for the Motor Core Blocks can be adjusted from 5mm to 80mm, allowing for the production of high adhesive laminated blocks. Additionally, we offer a limited selection of materials, specifically 35A300 (0.35t) and 50A470 (0.5t), which are frequently requested by our customers.

After that, the excess was trimmed, and the part with a negative tolerance at the center was corrected with a file.
