We will hold a "Recruitment and Development Information Exchange Meeting" where participants can share challenges and gain practical tips in the rapidly changing recruitment market and talent development field. The target audience is HR and development personnel from mid-sized companies. We have prepared a program that includes lectures, group discussions, and a LEGO® Serious Play® experience at two locations: Tokyo and Nagoya, which will be useful in practice. This event is organized by Triangle Trust Co., Ltd., which has been involved in supporting numerous organizational challenges. Based on feedback from the field, we are reviving this meeting, which was held from 2008 to 2019.
