Automation example: Cap assembly

It's a simple task, but the ability to correspond continuously is also a benefit of automation.

When considering where to start with automation consultations, one option is to begin with simple work processes. There was a process where workers attached two caps to products coming down a conveyor. However, due to the simplicity of the task, continuous work was difficult, and there were concerns about the physical strain on the workers from the repetitive motion, which led to the consultation. Since there were multiple products, we conducted a product and process analysis and addressed the situation with one robot (a SCARA robot). (We also made adjustments on the clamping side to accommodate product variations.) We cannot display the products, so we have included an image for reference. We aim for various approaches.
