We would like to introduce a case where we contributed to the establishment of inspection methods for urethane products. When inspecting urethane products manufactured in Japan overseas, there were discrepancies in the measured values between Japan and overseas, leading to a persistently high rate of dimensional defects. Therefore, we collaboratively analyzed the causes of defects in the current products with our customers. Using our equipment and measurement know-how, we proposed optimal methods, maintained a quality assurance system even in fluid management, and continuously reduced the defect rate.
