We have developed a "CTGS Oscillator for 32.768kHz Clock" using a new piezoelectric single crystal, CTGS (Ca3TaGa3Si2O14). This is an SPXO (Simple Packaged X'tal Oscillator) type that integrates a 33.55MHz CTGS oscillator, developed in collaboration with Tohoku University, and an IC that outputs 32.768kHz by dividing the frequency by 1024, all in one package.
