Even after many years of use, it has a conversion structure that is resistant to changes in accuracy, allowing for stable use over a long period. The contact points can be easily replaced when worn, and they can also be used for an extended period after replacement. The repeatability precision is between 0.5 to 1 μm (depending on size), ensuring high reliability. You can choose from ordinary steel, carbide, and ruby for the contact points. The indicating plug gauge allows for quick and easy measurement of inner diameters while achieving high precision. The advantages gained by using an indicator are significant, enabling numerical management that was not possible with NO/GO plug gauges. Both dial gauges and indicator micrometers can be used, but by utilizing the M3 display from France-Metro, data management in the digital age becomes feasible. The indicating plug gauge PMK is manufactured individually to match the size of the hole being measured. The manufacturing ideas that achieve short delivery times and low prices are excellent, and it can accommodate a wide variety of hole diameters and tolerances. The PMK indicating plug gauge can also be designed in a shape that allows it to be mounted on a robot, thus automating and reducing manual measurement efforts. It is produced to ensure that the fit between the measuring hole and the plug corresponds to tolerance IT8, with a repeatability precision of less than 1μm.
