Achieving high-precision flavor level inspection with a simple detection principle!

This device inspects the amount of contents in a transparent or translucent container and the presence or absence of a cap. The amount of contents is inspected by illuminating the inspection container with a halogen lamp and projecting the image onto a light-receiving surface through a lens. Multiple light-receiving cells for liquid level detection are embedded in the light-receiving surface. As the container passes through, the photoelectric cells detect the light from the image of the container and transmit signals to the control panel. The control panel compares the signals from each photoelectric cell during the brief time the container passes through and determines any excess or deficiency in the amount of contents. The presence or absence of the cap is detected by a proximity sensor, and the detected signal is sent to the control panel. The control panel simultaneously determines both the excess or deficiency of the amount of contents and the presence or absence of the cap. The control panel is equipped with a touch panel, allowing various settings and production types necessary for inspection to be registered from the screen, and the inspection status can also be confirmed on the screen. Inspection results are saved as images or CSV files, which can be utilized for analyzing the occurrence location and causes.
