A hardness of approximately 1000 Hv can be achieved, imparting mechanical properties such as lubricity, plating thickness, mold release properties, and wear resistance at a relatively low cost, making it a highly regarded surface treatment method. We directly apply chrome plating of approximately 1μm to 30μm on the surfaces of important components such as various cylinders, rollers, shafts, and other industrial machine products as requested by our customers.
