JFE fittings can achieve stable mass production of high-strength cast iron FCD800 in as-cast (unprocessed) condition without heat treatment. As-cast (unprocessed) means there are no concerns about distortion or expansion due to heat treatment, allowing for the production of complex-shaped parts. Additionally, the machinability is better than that of heat-treated FCD800, which can also lead to reduced machining costs.
