"Deburring Punching Process" is a processing technology that achieves 100% shear surface using a new blanking method. In recent years, fine blanking presses, which provide precision shear comparable to cutting (such as gears), have become mainstream. However, this requires specialized equipment, leading to higher processing costs, and deburring must be performed in subsequent processes. Therefore, we improved our current shear surface enhanced blank (90% shear surface). We developed a deburring punching technology that achieves 100% shear surface using general-purpose press equipment.
